2013 proved to be a good year for Liz Lobczowski (Geist). She got married last month so we first want to congratulate her and her husband Tim. She was also just named Central New York small school Coach of the Year for a great season with Solvay High School. The Bearcats finished league play at 16-3 in 2013. She has been the varsity coach there for five years. Liz graduated from Fredonia in 2004 and still holds the record for career blocks (555), sits second all-time with a .312 career hitting percentage and is fourth with 1226 career kills. She also served as the Blue Devil Assistant Coach after she graduated from Fredonia.
Ms. L teaches Physical Education and Health at Solvay High School and serves as an Assistant Coach for Track & Field.
