2013 BANQUET

Our 2013 Volleyball Family

Yesterday we held our 2013 Banquet, both to honor those members who will be leaving our family and to welcome in a new year and a new season.

Seniors Lauren O'Hara, Hannah Manning, and Kaitlin Orcutt were the center of attention as we reflected on their contributions to this program and the lasting impression they'll leave on younger players. Also saying goodbye are student assistants Lindsey Olson and Jerry Olmeda who are both finishing fifth years of their accounting programs. They'll all be doing exciting things when they graduate and we'll keep everyone updated as they finalize plans.

* Team Awards were given to:
  
     * Sara Madison - Team MVP
     * Lauren O'Hara - Most Improved Player
     * Liza Beardsley - Teammate of the Year

* Keaton, Coach's three year old son, received the biggest applause of the afternoon for going poo poo on the potty.

* Pat O'Hara, Lauren's mother, made a beautiful compilation video to honor the 2013 season, particularly the seniors.

Finally, thank you to all of our team parents and family members who made the long trip to celebrate with us. Your contribution to this program means more than you know.
