This is part four of a twelve-part series of reflections our players write before reporting for preseason. Sophomores are asked the question: "How will you help this year's freshmen class have a better experience than you had?":

In order to make the freshman class of 2016 have a better first year, Kailey will make the freshman feel as though she is a vital part of this team.

Kailey will treat her as she would treat any other player on the team. In order to make the freshman’s first year better, Kailey will work to include her in activities and make her feel as comfortable as possible.

Kailey will work hard on and off the court to ensure that this season is all that it should be. Kailey will help the freshman to be the best player and student she can be.
