Landing your dream job vs. creating your dream job

Landing your dream job requires a lot of luck. It's a short-term, disempowering strategy that relies on being hired by just the right company. You can't be happy until you get that job.

Creating your dream job, though, is an ever-present possibility. It's a long-term, empowering strategy that relies less on what job you have, and more on how you do it. You can be happy right now.

Fortunately, you get to choose.
